Heads up girls AND boys!
Yumiko is celebrating its 10-Year Anniversary this month and have recently unveiled a shiny new website where any leotard can be fully customised: from colour and fabric type, to lining and sleeve options.
We’re whooping it up and teaming up with the company to give away two pairs of the latest female and male models, the Nadja and the Daniil (as featured below), which are currently sold exclusively at Yumiko Boutiques.
This is our fifth Yumi promotion and the biggest one yet!
Lucky winners (two for the Nadja and two for the Daniil) will receive made to order pieces in the size they wear.

My dream Yumi would be the Cedric in a large size in clay colored nylon. I would actually like a really rich forest green color available. But anyway, I would wear them long for ballet in the morning, knee-length for yoga in the afternoon, and if I can manage, roll them up to mid thigh for pole dancing at night.
Although I guess in a realistic world I would be changing my clothes more often on days when I do lots of classes. Yay Yumis and versatility!

My dream Yumi Nadja model would be made of microfiber in gray with white trim!
My perfect Yumiko would be a Jahn leotard with long sleeves done nylon in Titanium with India trim. I’d love to be able to get a silver side stripe on this unitard, but it’s not offered at this time. I dance for Ballet Arizona and I love my Yumikos!
My dream Yumiko would be the Alicia leotard, in a microfiber tank style, with sport on the lower part, white on top, with pinkberry trim! One day I would also like a sequin trim option as well, that would be really cool!
My dream yumiko would be pink as that my favourite colour but cute baby pink with velvet rim lining in a hotter pink with long sleeves and the back that has a low back but made of like a meshy kind of lace detail !!
Any Yumiko is a dream to wear. The fabric is so nice and the cut is perfect. They also fit really well, and hardly move when I dance.

I have quite an imagination! My dream yumi would be the Elise (with 3/4 sleeves) in gold velvet! well one can dream…
A Becky leotard with a nude colored mesh fabric on the shoulders that doesn’t exist now, but with no trim and a hot red microfiber fabric for the body.
My dream Yumi would be a Marisa (I think the squarish necks are the most flattering on me… but I already have a couple Mariekes and should probably branch out) in nylon—marina for the body, silver velvet for the straps.
My dream Yumi would be Cora, with a plum nylon body, folk trim and side stripe, and a lemon zipper!

My dream Yumi is any of the yumiko designs in any of its fun colors! It’s extremely rare for me to find a leotard that fits well since i’m tall and curvy & don’t fit the regular sizes that are made by most leotard companies. I’m so grateful for Yumiko for making beautiful leos that are unique to each individual (yeay for custom leos!) and make you dance differently because u feel comfortable and great when wearing them.

My dream Yumi is a Small Noe. The sleek neckline up into the collar is so chic! With my light skin tone I think the T-Magenta for the body and N-Juicy for the trim would really help me shine as I dance!
My dream Yumi. A phrase that invokes such a seemingly endless realm of possibilities. With all of the anticipation and excitement for summer (especially the intensives) that’s right around the corner, I’d have to say that my dream Yumi would be the Veronique in Sun with a Juicy trim. So fresh and so flattering, but aren’t they all?
My dream Yumi is the Veronique in grey microfiber with pinkberry trim.
My dream yumi would be a heather dip dye proceeding from black, to a gray-like color, and finally to the gorgeous yumi white or antique. I would love for the trim to add that little bit of pop that is often needed with a dark leotard and for that, the new “frappe” color would suit it best!
My dream Yumi would be a zip front style with a wide open back because I think open back leotards are so flattering. Since I have red hair and pale skin I would choose a vibrant, oceany blue for the main color with a dark gray trim to make the leo really stand out. Love Yumi!
My ideal Yumiko would be the Marieke with 3/4 length sleeves with a black velvet bodice and purple bottom. They just so beautiful!
My dream Yumi would be the Tamara in Zucca with Pinkberry trim. I think that color combination would be so summery and flattering!
I have to confess that I’ve been dying for a Yumiko leotard for a long time, I have yet to wear one! (A shop in London pleaseee). They’re all fantastic, but I wouldn’t hesitate a moment when choosing my first one: Jessica, with 3/4 sleeves, in grey and with lilac trim and zip
My dream Yumi would be one that is made with microfiber or techni fabric so it wouldn’t show any sweat! It gets really hot in the summer where I live! It would be the Laura or Igone with the racerback that shows off ballet dancers strong shoulders! A Marsh green would be lovely. Maybe with a Peri top. I’m lucky enough to already have some of my dream Yumis! Thanks!
My dream Yumi would be the Noe in Techni with T-Red with strap’s T-White and a bust panel. Will make my long body even longer and show of my port de bras.

My dream Yumiko is the Marieke with a teal velvet top and white velvet body and trim. I love any Yumi, but I love the neckline of the Marieke and the fit of the velvet fabric. I don’t have that style, but I borrowed one from a friend once! It’s so pretty!
My dream yumiko would be silver with silver velvet.I feel at auditions where you can wear color,this sort of yumiko could really set you apart:) I would probably enjoy it in the noe charolette or kiki the most!(and the nadha now!)

My dream Yumiko would be the Anna as a stirrup unitard with 3/4 sleeves. Would love it in C-sport microfiber with C-Dew trim!
I have to say, I love every single Yumiko i’ve ever seen! they’re the perfect leotards in my opinion and so flattering! I couldn’t possibly pick only one, but I do especially like the Alicia and the Nadja!
a dream leotard would have a napoleon or empire waist with a velvet ribbon overlay at the waist that one could tie and gather for support
