Diana Vishneva: On the Edge

One of ourÂ most awaited balletic events this spring, Diana Vishneva: On the Edge is an evening built around the well-known Mariinsky/ABT principal. If you have seen Diana perform, then you know she’s all that and more. A very rare breed: a blend ofÂ versatility, fluidity, exemplary technique and dramatic expression, as evidencedÂ inÂ Mark Olich’s stunning images below.

TheÂ eveningÂ will be showcasing Diana’sÂ contemporary side, with especially-commissioned piecesÂ by Jean-Christophe Maillot (Switch, also featuring Ballets de Monte-Carlo regulars GaÃ«tan Morlotti and Bernice Coppieters) and France-based choreographerÂ Carolyn Carlson (Woman in a Room).
