Woolf Works: A Photo Gallery

Woolf Works ROH 2015

If you haven’t seen Woolf Works - Wayne McGregor’s new triptych inspired by the works of Virginia Woolf – yet, then tonight is your last chance. While earlier this month we chatted to Royal Ballet principal Edward Watson, who gave us great insight on McGregor and the concept for Woolf Works, we now feature our favorite shots taken by Alice Pennefather during the general rehearsal for this ambitious and compelling new production:

Alice’s creative talents lie in image making. After studying photography at Falmouth College of Arts, she spent 6 years travelling and working abroad, focusing on scuba diving and filming underwater. She has recently returned to London and rediscovered her love of everything Ballet. Alice now works as a freelance photographer, and is a regular at the Royal Ballet General Rehearsals – photographing for us here at The Ballet Bag.
