Woolf Works: A Photo Gallery

Alexander Campbell in Becomings

Woolf Works, Wayne McGregor’s triptych inspired by the works of Virginia Woolf, is back at the Royal Opera House this season. Last month we ranked two of its ballets among our favorite McGregor works. We now feature our favorite shots from this stunning production taken by Alice Pennefather, with a different cast from her 2015 gallery:

Woolf Works runs until 14 February 2017 at the Royal Opera House. For information & booking visit the ROH website.

Alice’s creative talents lie in image making. After studying photography at Falmouth College of Arts, she spent 6 years travelling and working abroad, focusing on scuba diving and filming underwater. She has recently returned to London and rediscovered her love of everything Ballet. Alice now works as a freelance photographer, and is a regular at the Royal Ballet General Rehearsals – photographing for us here at The Ballet Bag.
