The Royal Ballet’s Giselle: a Photo Gallery (3rd edition)

Artists of The Royal Ballet in Giselle.

The current revival of Sir Peter Wright’s production of Giselle concludes tonight at the Royal Opera House, with Natalia Osipova and Matthew Ball (replacing an injured David Hallberg) in the leading roles. Previously during this run, we also had the opportunity to see Francesca Hayward and Alexander Campbell, plus Yasmine Naghdi and Matthew Ball, making their respective debuts as Giselle and Albrecht. These two pairs were captured by Alice Pennefather below:

She has recently returned to London and rediscovered her love of everything Ballet. Alice now works as a freelance photographer, and is a regular at the Royal Ballet General Rehearsals – photographing for us here at The Ballet Bag.
